I’ve been working with YP Thomas of YP Motivations for 5+ Years in developing his vision for his brand. It’s been a heck of a ride, but we’re here now!
When we meet I knew he had something special. Then, he shared with me that he wanted to be a motivational speaker. I was like…”That makes Sense!”. When he was ready, he scheduled a time to do a Roadmapping Session with me. We talked about his idea about a book, doing speaking engagements, launching a program, and more. We created a plan and strated to #DOTHEWORK.
This wasn’t an overnight success. It took fortitude and dedication. There were ups, downs, challenges, successes, but the fact is he continued to stay focused on the core of what he wanted to do through it all. We used the roadmap as reference along the way, making changes to the plan when necessary, and learning along the way.

YP just recently officially launch his website! Now the site has been up for a few…I know because I created it LOL. But, just like all creatives I know, we have to do things at a time when it feel right for us. In my years of entrepreneurship I’ve come understand that the energy (that feeling) you put into something is important, because it’s exactly what you’ll get back. And, there’s nothing but good energy in the launch of YPmotivations.com.
I’ve traveled with my guy to multiple speaking engagements and captured footage, had real talks about life, and celebrated “WINS” as entrepreneurs. He continues to impress me every time he speaks, and I love to see the growth in him and his business. Congrats on your launch…
