So, you’re starting your business, but trying to coordinate your schedule with your clients is a headache. Messaging via DMs, Email, and Text can get overwhelming and you spend more time coordinating, when you could be spending that time actually providing your service.

I have tried a lot a booking softwares and Calendly is my favorite. When I found them they were a Startup company with a small team. Now, they’ve grown and have some amazing features.

You can get access to the FREE version and see how it works for you. If you are looking to take payments for your booking, then you would want to secure one of their monthly/annual plans. I suggest this system to most of my clients.

Acuity

Acuity is probably the most common suggestion. I have seen a look coaches & consultants use this platform. You’ll also here about this platform in trainings & workshops as a resource for new entrepreneurs.

Honeybook

Hoenybook is another well known platform for booking. The best part about this platform is its app. You can create & manage your booking directly from your phone and share the link with your clients.

Conclusion

You are looking at a monthly fee with all of these booking systems, so you should make sure you budget that in to your yearly expenses. If it were me, I would make sure that one (1) booking of my service would cover at least one (1) month my booking software expense.
